Engagement Structure:

• The initial contract will be a 3-month probationary engagement on a commission basis, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time contract earlier depending on your performance.

• Once moved to a full-time role, the compensation base pay will be AU$1,250/month + uncapped commissions per successful placement.
