Purpose of the Role

• The Senior Quantity Surveyor manages all costs relating to projects, from the initial calculations and pre-feasibility to the final agreement and final account statement.
• Senior Quantity Surveyors seek to minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money while still achieving the required standards and quality, which are specified by statutory building regulations that the quantity surveyor needs to understand and adhere to.
• A Senior Quantity Surveyor is involved in various projects from the start, preparing estimates and costs of the work.
