Senior Quantity Surveyor

We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a highly reputable main contractor based in Swindon. The business is privately owned and has been established for over a century, with regional offices across the South of England. They undertake projects across a range of sectors including education and further education, defence, commercial and student accommodation valuing up to £30mil. Projects are typically administered via JCT or NEC forms of contract.

As a result of a key project win in the region, they're now looking to bring an additional Senior Quantity Surveyor into the team.

About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to final account. You will be reporting into the Commercial Manager and will be responsible for a more junior level Surveyor.
