Senior Quantity Surveyor

PSR Solutions is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a highly respected building contractor. This role will be based in their London office .

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially strong Senior QS looking to join a well-established contractor that offers long-term career progression and exposure to high-quality projects.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience within the construction industry
• Third level qualification in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Experience managing subcontractor packages, valuations, variations, and cost reporting
• Excellent communication and team-working skills
