You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leads feasibility studies, advising on procurement strategies and contract selection to inform delivery.
• Applies value management and oversees cost planning, presenting robust and accurate cost plans.
• Manages procurement processes, ensuring effective prequalification, tendering and contract preparation.
• Administers contracts, valuations and cost control, delivering clear and timely client reporting.
• Evaluates claims, supports certification and ensures agreement of final accounts.
• Leads teams, drives continuous improvement and supports net zero outcomes across project delivery.
