We are recruiting on behalf of an award-winning, fast-growing house builder who is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing regional developer delivering fast-moving residential developments in partnership with Housing Associations.

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing multiple developments from procurement through to final account, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and in line with build programmes.

You will be responsible for 3 or more developments , producing monthly CVR reports , managing subcontractor procurement and maintaining site start budgets.
