The Role

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering a full range of professional quantity surveying services across multiple projects, including:

• Cost planning and estimating
• Procurement advice and tender management
• Tender analysis and reporting
• Contract administration
• Construction phase cost management
• Client liaison and stakeholder management

You will have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, contribute to business growth and play an active role in the continued success of the business.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A minimum of 5 years’ Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry
• Strong pre-contract estimating experience, including CostX
• Experience across procurement, tender evaluation and post-contract cost management
