Description
:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team! In this role you will get to perform a variety of standard estimating activities, re-measurement of work completed by the contractors (individual or as part of a team) on an assigned project/program.
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing contractual and commercial correspondence
Handling of cost reports, variations, claims.
Maintain payment logs, variation logs and claims logs, etc.
Coordinating with clients.
Coordinating with entire supervision team to handle any contractual/claims letters.
Supports for all commercial and contractual issues.
Guide the QS's on the measurement principles.
Review BOQ Recapitulation prepared by Quantity Surveyor.
Review Monthly Financial Affairs Report.
