We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage both pre-contract and post-contract commercial functions for high-end interior fit-out projects in Dubai. The role requires strong expertise in cost management, procurement, contract administration, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities - Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs for fit-out projects (commercial, retail, hospitality, residential).
- Review drawings, specifications, and scope documents to ensure accurate pricing.
- Conduct value engineering and cost optimization strategies.
- Manage tendering process , including preparing tender documents, analyzing bids, and recommending subcontractors.
- Perform market analysis and benchmarking of material and labor costs in UAE.
- Support business development with feasibility studies and cost advice .
