Responsibilities

• Support feasibility, value management, cost planning and MEP procurement activities.
• Assist delivery of robust cost plans, estimates and commercial advice.
• Support procurement, contract documentation, valuations and variation management.
• Contribute to cost control, financial reporting and change management.
• Assist with certifications, practical completion and final account close-out.
• Collaborate with teams, coach junior staff and support net zero carbon outcomes.
