Key Responsibilities - Lead preparation of tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates
- Oversee procurement strategies and evaluation of subcontractor quotations
- Conduct and verify site measurements and progress valuations
- Manage project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports
- Handle variation orders, progress claims, and final account settlements
- Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior quantity surveyors
- Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and contractors
Requirements - Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
