• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Manage project budgeting, cost control, and valuation of work done.
• Review subcontractor quotations, contracts, and payment certifications.
• Monitor project variations, claims, and final account settlements.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site teams for commercial matters.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and project specifications.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts.

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 8+ years of QS experience in civil/building projects, preferably in UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and construction cost management.
