This role offers the opportunity to support the delivery of Quantity Surveying and Employer's Agent services across a diverse range of projects and sectors. It is ideal for someone confident in managing projects, building relationships, and taking responsibility for construction projects from inception to completion.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver pre-and post-contract Quantity Surveying services.
• Prepare cost plans, estimates, and feasibility budgets.
• Produce tender documentation and manage tender processes.
