Work with manufacturing team to ensure Value Steam operation / process compliance according to relevant quality standard / guideline / procedures
Support and collaborate manufacturing processes / products quality problem solving with system methods or tools, like PSS / 8D, FT, FMEA, SPC, Q-DAS, etc.
Coordinate customer claims and warranty cases between Customer Quality + Marketing team and Value Steam + Engineering team for failures analysis with corrective / preventive actions definition and implementation, plus effectiveness validation.
Define and execute rational test plan for exiting products / process change or new products / process and verify their effectiveness.
Lead and involve regular Q-KPI report and data analysis, make transparency to team for priority focusing, like TW (Total Warranty), 4Q, RUQ, IDC, FPY (First Pass Yield), etc.
Other tasks assigned, like ALR projects, A3 projects ...
