            Conduct raw material inspections for all incoming materials used in Insignia production. 
Evaluate and approve confirmation samples to ensure adherence to quality standards. 
Conduct final quality control (QC) inspections of all manufactured items at vendor premises. 
Participate in the processing and evaluation of customer repairs, claims, and shop returns. 
Prepare detailed reports and implement corrective actions to address identified issues.
