As a Senior Proposals Coordinator you will coordinate business opportunities through the WSP Work Winning Lifecycle, supporting Proposal Managers and technical experts to deliver high‑quality tenders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate opportunities through the WSP Work Winning Lifecycle (Capture, Bid Preparation, Qualification, RFP, Lessons learned, Handover).
• Follow WSP best practice and comply with internal governance requirements.
• Collaborate with technical leads and bid writers in the development of high‑scoring responses.
• Produce visually appealing responses in line with our brand guidelines.
• Support project teams in preparing for interviews.
• Proactively contribute to the improvement of collateral within the knowledge library.
• Act as a hub of best practice and knowledge for proposals.
