Senior Property Manager



Assist in managing a number of Shopping Centers on Long island.

Complete weekly & monthly reports in compliance with monthly lease payment obligations.

Interface with concerned parties to address issues/concerns and enhance the living environment.

Work collaboratively with other departments (i.e., compliance, transfer, leasing, and accounting)

Manage day-to-day operations including maintenance of operations and systems

Working technical knowledge of operations and maintenance to include capital projects

Ensure that suppliers/service providers are meeting contractual obligations

Assist with overseeing improvement construction projects and capital improvements as required

Assist with reviewing lease agreements & optimal renewal rates

Participate in the preparation of short and long range operating budgets and forecasts.
