The Position

Manage a portfolio of investment properties based Perth metro, with a full support team out on the road = minimal travel. 

Multi-property owners, allowing you to service them at a top level with a lot of the grunt work taken off you

Dedicated VA who is well trained and aligned to the company requirements

Leasing officers for home opens and application processing

You will conduct 6-week inspections for new tenancies so you have eyes on the property to provide advice

You will conduct final bond inspections, however full support is at the ready if required

All PCR’s are outsourced
