We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Accountant to oversee and manage comprehensive accounting operations for my client's organization. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts across multiple business entities and properties.

• Prepare accurate financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor payments, tenant billing and CAM reconciliations.
