Senior Project Manager (Utility)
What we are looking for:
A Senior Project Manager who will work collaboratively with one or more project teams to ensure that quality projects are produced safely, on time and within budget, all while fostering a work environment reflecting Aldridge’s Core Values.
What you’ll do:
Champion a strong safety culture on assigned projects through proactive leadership and vigilance in identifying and addressing potential safety issues.Provide ongoing mentorship and training to direct reports. Host regular performance conversations to set goals, provide feedback, and support the development of direct reports.Using Aldridge’s standard processes and guidelines, manage all facets of assigned projects or assigned project scopes including safety, planning, scheduling, financials, and project execution.Monitor project health using Aldridge's project management tools.
