We are seeking a seasoned, PMP-certified Senior Project Manager to spearhead the delivery of two high-visibility, cross-functional enterprise initiatives: a comprehensive Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) framework and an integrated cloud-based Mass Notification System (MNS).

Operating within a complex, functional matrix environment, you will direct multi-disciplinary teams consisting of functional business leaders, technology architects, and third-party software vendors. This dual-portfolio program demands a leader who can maintain rigorous project lifecycle controls, manage multi-million dollar capital budgets, and confidently deliver clear, strategic updates to executive steering committees.

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite)
