Lead a team to manage various large-scale projects with multi-disciplinary aspects of building services in PRC Manage the full cycle and all stage of projects, including but not limited to tendering, negotiation, execution, scheduling, resources and budgeting, etc. Monitor the overall financial, commercial and contractual aspects of projects to maximize the overall business outcome Ensure the resources and materials are allocated and utilized effectively Ensure the relevant quality, safety and procedures are up to relevant standards as well as comply with relevant statutory requirements Requirement: :
