Senior Project Manager

Your primary role is to manage a team and bring projects to completion in the banking sector.

Reporting to: Project Director/VP

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of large banking projects
• Facilitate definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Develop full‑scale project plans
• Assemble and coordinate project staff
• Manage project budget
• Manage large team of project resource allocation (conduct interviews for your team)
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Conduct meetings with bank stakeholders and report to internal management

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years full Project Management experience
• Minimum of 3 development cycles in a full SDLC implementation role
• Must have Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate
