Your Mission Lead and deliver modernization, retrofit, upgrade, and replacement projects while managing recurring preventive and corrective maintenance contracts. Ensure full lifecycle service performance, including execution excellence, customer satisfaction, financial management, and long‑term service growth.
Responsibilities - Modernization Projects: Manage end‑to‑end modernization retrofit projects for electrical distribution, automation, and industrial equipment. Control scope, schedule, cost, risks, and quality. Coordinate engineering, procurement, logistics, site installation, commissioning, and handover. Ensure compliance with customer specifications, HSE standards, and regulations. Lead subcontractors and field service teams; apply change and claim management; deliver project plans, engineering documentation, mobilization plans, HSE files, and final commissioning reports.
