To be considered, candidates must possess extensive project management experience within payroll environments, particularly involving SAP ECC Payroll and SuccessFactors solutions.
Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, leadership, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively across multiple business functions and geographies.
Implements rigorous project control mechanisms to ensure project remains on track.
