**Description**

The Senior Project Manager – Digital Transformation leads strategic initiatives focused on digitizing and modernizing manufacturing, packaging, and supply chain operations. This role is responsible for delivering global digital programs and driving scalable technology adoption across multiple manufacturing and packaging sites. The role will also play a key part in advancing IT-OT integration and convergence to enable connected, data-driven operations.

Note that this role can be based out of any global ELC site.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation programs across global manufacturing sites.
• Manage full project lifecycle including business case, requirements, execution, validation, and deployment.
• Support MES and EBR transformation roadmap execution across the globe.
