**Position Overview**

The **Senior Project Management Analyst, RA** provides **senior-level programmatic, analytical, and coordination support** to PMS 339, with direct engagement across **Program Management (PAPM/APM), technical stakeholders, and requirements sponsors** .

This role is responsible for **leading Requirements Analysis efforts, overseeing MPT product development, managing program execution tracking, and providing mentorship and guidance to junior analysts** , while ensuring compliance with applicable Navy and DoD policies.

**Senior Requirements Analysis Leadership**

+ Lead development, review, and integration of **Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) requirements** for assigned platforms and programs.
