Duties and Responsibilities - Lead and mentor a team of 20+ developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Design and optimize database structures and queries using SQL Server, CosmosDB, or similar technologies.
- Conduct code reviews, implement best practices, and ensure code quality across the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.
Qualifications Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
- 10+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on Angular and .NET technologies.
- Extensive knowledge of C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework.
