The role ensures seamless coordination across creative, technical, and production teams by managing scope, schedules, documentation, and communication from early story concepts through structured development and implementation.
Responsibilities
Organize and coordinate on- and off-site meetings; maintain efficient filing systems and manage workflow and timelines.
Develop project scope and schedules; support cost estimates and maintain scope lists and creative deliverables matrices.
Monitor project progress including scheduling, budgeting, and estimating; oversee mockups and show scene staging outcomes to support storytelling-based creative development.
