Senior Project Contract Manager – Alstom

The Senior Project Contract Manager works closely with the Project Manager and core team to provide guidance and leadership in contract/claim management and risk mitigation. Responsibilities include managing extensions of time, variation orders, contract amendments, and ensuring robust claim file preparation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure application of the Contract, Claims and Insurance Management Manual (CCIM) and Alstom governance.
• Control contractors and manage all staff responsible for maintenance activities.
• Prepare Contract Summary and keep it regularly updated.
• Analyse contracts to build and drive a Contract/Claim Management Strategy Plan.
• Monitor projects to meet contract obligations and review the project schedule for contractual milestones.
• Issue contractual notices to customers/partners in a timely manner.
