Job Overview

As a Senior Program Manager, you will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations leaders to shape strategic priorities and ensure execution excellence across the index business. You will drive initiatives from strategic rationale and business case development through to planning, delivery, and performance measurement—ensuring alignment to FTSE Russell’s growth, resilience, and operational effectiveness objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Investment Governance – Lead the development of investment cases for growth, innovation, and operational resilience initiatives; contribute to the global product roadmap; conduct ongoing assessments of the global indexing landscape to inform prioritisation, competitive positioning, and forward strategy.
