Job Description
Responsibilities

Lead experimentation strategy across web and mobile (iOS/Android)
Design and scale advanced testing (multivariate, holdouts, sequential)
Partner with engineering, AI/ML, and analytics on experiment design and measurement
Conduct deep analysis to uncover insights and drive decisions
Establish frameworks, governance, and best practices
Translate results into clear product and business recommendations
Drive adoption of a data-driven experimentation culture
