About the Team The Pangle Product team is responsible for building the core technology that powers TikTok’s global ad network, connecting advertisers to over a billion users across emerging markets. We partner closely with engineering, data science, and cross-functional teams to develop privacy-safe, performance-driven solutions that improve signal quality and deliver measurable results for advertisers.
