Senior Product Designer (Service)

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer (Service) to join us in bridging the gap between customer (Help Center) and agent (HeroCare) facing products across all Delivery Hero brands. You will be responsible for taking our product from functional to high quality by utilizing motion and micro‑interaction design thoughtfully. While this role is based in Singapore you will be working with the central team in Berlin, Germany to bring a better service experience to all our users.
