Job Description
This role is primarily hybrid across various locations, going into the office as expected. Travel will be 10% / 15% expected within Europe.
In this role, key responsibilities will include:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of procurement professionals across the UK and Europe.Regional Strategy Execution: Translate global category strategies into actionable regional plans. For Regional-Heavy categories (e.g., Systems Integration, Deployment Services), you will lead the strategy for supplier density and selection.Supplier Selection & Negotiation: Lead regional sourcing events and contract negotiations for local/regional suppliers.
