Role

The Senior Process Engineer is a senior technical individual contributor responsible for the technical leadership, execution, and quality of process engineering and design deliverables on EPCM and consulting projects across energy, utilities, industrial, and renewables sectors. This role provides hands‑on engineering leadership across projects, acting as a technical authority for process engineering while supporting project teams, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring professional work products (PWPs) meet Catch Engineering and client expectations. The Senior Process Engineer works closely with Project Managers, discipline leads, and other engineering specialists (including Mechanical, Electrical, and I&C disciplines), without formal line‑management or departmental budget responsibility.
