About the Position:

Acts as the regional single point of contact for P&O administrative processes and services. Provides governance, harmonization, performance insight, and transformation leadership across countries/clusters in the region, ensuring delivery teams meet agreed SLAs and comply with global standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Process Governance & Harmonization
Own and maintain the regional catalogue of “hire-to-retire” processes; audit adherence in each country/cluster

Review/approve localization requests within guardrails before submission to Global
Performance Management & Analytics
Consolidate SLA/KPI data from all countries

Identify performance outliers; coordinate root-cause analysis and track remediation

Benchmark regional cost-to-serve and continuous improvement contributions
