Job Description Leads a team of Fluor Utility Plant Operators in the operation of the Central Utility Plant at the IRG Rochester campus. Oversees equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in the Central Utility Plant to include steam systems, chilled water systems, boilers, chillers, air compressors, and other equipment used in the Utility plant.
