Senior Planning & Control Manager – Derby. Full time role within Turbine Systems MBU, responsible for Turbine Blade Casting Plants (PCF and ABCF) and ALM. This key leadership position is part of a high-performing, cross‑functional team within the Manufacturing cluster.

Responsibilities

• Apply a Lean mindset to Planning & Control processes and Manufacturing Planning to reduce waste and optimise delivery to customers from available resources.
• Ensure an optimized plan across the plants in terms of loadshare and resource allocation, with appropriate risk mitigation to maximise opportunity for success.
• Deliver performance using the R‑R Production System and lead the P&C teams to understand performance gaps and implement action plans. Key metrics: OTIF, arrears, inventory, ERP compliance and customer KPIs.
