Plan and manage material requirements based on customer order, forecasts and production orders.
Work with BDG on Load versu commit, waterfall simulations and plan change simulations.
Execute MRP (Material Requirements Planning) to ensure timely material availability.
Interface with Purchasing on CTB & perform rescheduling as appropriate to optimize the revenue & reduce inventory.
Establish relevant action plans to meet inventory goals and obsolescence control.
Liaise with sales, production, production planner, buyer, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery (OTD) -Support cross-functional meetings related to planning, demand review, and supply review.
Ensure effective material planning support during engineering changes (ECO/ECN) and new product introductions (NPI).
