Be appointed as Senior Manager to plan and partake at HQ-level in the establishment of rehabilitation services in all PCF Senior Care Centres.Set-up and control the running of rehabilitation services in all PCF Senior Care Centres.Establish an assessment system of clients during admission and periodic reviews.Institute an effective client therapy treatment process.Plan and conduct group therapy programmes and activities.
