Month secondment opportunity providing maternity leave cover 

We are currently looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic senior Physiotherapist to join our Intermediate Care Team proving assessment and rehabilitation for patients on the Intermediate Care Pathway in the community in both care home beds and within patients' own homes.

The role will be providing clinical therapy support to the expanding service based in Peterborough and Huntingdon, supporting patients across service.

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that patients get the best care possible, maximising potential in the initial phases upon discharge from hospital in our short stay service.
