What is the role?


As a Senior Personal Shopper, our mid-tier of personal shopper, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with Selfridges core personal shopping customers, including our VSPs (£10k+) and VVSPs (£20k+) tiers, along with new high-net-worth clients shopping by appointment. You will demonstrate strong networking and relationship-building capabilities, enabling you to grow your client base through both existing connections and new client acquisition. You will uphold high standards of service, professionalism, and discretion, consistently delivering refined styling and lifestyle consultations. Building on your expertise across Selfridges full product offering, you will drive strong cross-category and own bought sales, contributing meaningfully to the success of the team.
