The Senior People Business Partner works to align People & Culture (P&C) strategies with business goals, overseeing multiple business units or a larger segment of the organisation. Responsible for high-level-strategic planning, organisational development and change management activities, working to influence senior leaders, building strong partnerships with leaders and shaping the overall P&C strategy in conjunction with the People Leadership Team (PLT). Providing leadership to PBP and acting as a role model to others in the wider P&C team.
