Attends to patients' enquiries, provide directions and assist with clarifications 
Assists in registration and billing of patientsaccurately 
Makes appointments for follow-up patients 
Assist with doctors' requests 
Assists patient with Medisave application 
Performs other duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager or Senior Executive 
Job Requirements GCE 'N' Level and above 
At least 1year of direct frontline customers' service experience
