What You’ll Do

As our Biscuit Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your station and deliver impeccable quality every day: Production & Quality.

• Oversee all food production on your station, ensuring consistency and excellence
• Prepare, bake, and finish biscuits, cookies, fillings and garnishes
• Contribute to new ideas and products with the Head/Sous Chef
• Operations
• Conduct regular checks, audits, and temperature controls
• Manage stock levels, order ingredients, and minimise wastage
