LMG Staffing Solutions is partnering with a high-growth, design-driven digital marketing agency to identify a Senior Paid Media Specialist. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting a collaborative, performance-focused team working with ambitious clients across multiple industries.

This role is ideal for a strategic and hands‑on paid media expert who understands how campaigns drive real business outcomes—not just traffic. You’ll have ownership over performance, budgets, and execution across multiple channels.

Account Ownership & Execution

• Manage a portfolio of paid media accounts end-to-end
• Execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
• Oversee budgets and ensure performance, efficiency, and scalability
• Maintain clean campaign structures and testing frameworks
• Own performance outcomes and reporting accuracy
