We’re looking for a performance-driven Paid Media Specialist to lead Paid Media at MO.
Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, You Tube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram). Comfortable managing monthly ad budgets ranging from R100,000 to R1.5 million with strict performance KPIs. Conduct in-depth audience targeting, keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing. Implement, audit, and optimise conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and platform-specific tags. Report on campaign performance using Data Studio, Google Analytics, and native platform reporting tools. Work alongside digital strategists to align campaign objectives with client business goals. Stay on top of paid media trends and algorithm changes, and proactively apply best practices. Optional but advantageous: Launch and manage Linked In Ads for B2 B campaigns.
