We are seeking an analytical and strategic Senior Paid Ads Manager to lead and optimize paid advertising performance across the Japanese CFD market. This role will be instrumental in driving data-informed paid media decision-making, maximizing acquisition ROI, and enhancing our competitive position through scalable trader acquisition via paid channels.

- Design and implement performance measurement frameworks specifically for paid advertising channels (Search, Social, Display, Video, affiliate).
- Analyse trader acquisition and activation metrics driven by paid media to identify optimisation opportunities.
