· Lead and manage the Change Management efforts for large complex transformation programmes/projects, and provide programme delivery leadership at a senior level

· Continuously strengthen and develop the Organisational Change Management (OCM) community (market positioning, service development, project and team management, positioning of best practices and innovative topics)
